The idea is to sit and have a few drinks and share conversation with people who share similar (gaming, video games, miniatures, card games, etc) interests. This will be the 7th time we've had one of these GTs. In the past we've played Dalmuti, Fluxx, Ivanhoe, Bohnanza, Bang! and other easy to learn yet still fun and challenging multi-player games.
We will be meeting at the Kildare House, an Irish Pub style bar on the corner of Kildare and Wyandotte in the Olde Walkerville part of town (1880 Wyandotte St East). It's on the Crosstown 2 bus route for those of you who lack transport, plus it's on a major road so cab fair is usually reasonable.
The Kildare has a decent selection of pub style food and a good selection of imported beers including Killkenny, Guiness, Smithwicks, Mill Street and more. Non-alcoholic beverages are of course avaliable.
We will be on the SECOND FLOOR. Feel free to show up anytime from 8pm on. We should be there until close (2am) If you can think of a simple to teach group game, you don't mind playing on a bar table feel free to bring it!
I will be bringing Bohnanza again at the request of some people from the last event, and will grab a few other social games as well.

Oddzilla, you should bring that damn game we can never remember the name of!
Got a responce from a posting on live journal, so we should have at least one new person out (who promised to wear their 'best armour' /raise eyebrow) for sure. I'm hoping it drums up a bit more interest.

I'll be there, though I can't wear my best armour because I had to send it to the blacksmith's to be pressed

I definately don't encourage it. Dude either seems hyped or is just leading me on, couldn't tell you which. I really don't think the Kildare is the place to dress up as anything, maybe wear green on St. Pats but that's about it. But hey to each their own. I'll most likely be wearing some form of Khakis and my Guiness Hockey Jersey as that's what I usuall wear out to the K.

I am familiar with the person you are talking about, though I haven't met him in person, far as I know. Based on what I have seen him post in windsor_users I believe he is quite serious about the armour -- he makes it himself, apparently.

Hey Everyone! I will be there. I will bring Die Kutschfahrt zur Teufelsberg or Coach Ride to Devil's Castle, let's just call it 'Coach Ride' it's shorter and easier. I will bring player aids to help make the game easier.
