I've been thinking about getting a 360, in which case I might buy Matrix off you.

Just make sure you check to see if you can download a patch to run it.
If I understand correctly, to run normal Xbox cames you have to download a patch for each game. I also here there are still unsupported games.
I've got these for sale up on Amazon.ca, assuming it doesn't sell any time soon, you are more then welcome to it.
Been thinking about a 360 myself, unfortunately extra cash burns a hole in my pocket, had saved up about $150 until yesterday, when I was 'forced' to buy Descent: Journies in the Dark by Fantasy Flight.

Yeah, sure, why not...
Any other Xbox games you think I might like? Even just for lending?
Playing the first Baldur's Gate... having fun, though not really used to the controller.

Have to admit, Xbox games I tend to go through, beat then sell. I don't have many sitting around.
I strongly suggest Knights of the Old Republic if you didn't play it on PC If you did play it on pc and liked it then KOTOR II
If you've played them then Jade Empire.
Everyone and their brother will suggest Morrowind if you didn't play it on PC, though I wasn't a fan.
I can lend you a couple of the Burnout games, they are racing games but a ton of fun as you get points for causing crashes as well as winning races.
You may enjoy Phantasy Star Online or Phantasy Star Universe even if you don't take them online.
Demon Gate was a better version of Baldur's gate you are playing now.
I'm sure there are others I'm not thinking of. Of course there is Halo and Halo 2, or one I prefer Star Wars Battlefront II, if you are into shooters.
If you prefer sim/strategy games I suggest Sid Meyers(sp) Pirates.
Heck check the review section, I'm sure I have reviewed some Xbox games.

I've played KOTOR and Morrowind on the PC. Both are pretty good in their own ways.
I won a copy of Star Wars Battlefront for 99 cents on eBay... still waiting for it to arrive.
Pirates I used to play waaaaay back on the C64 in high school. Great game for its time. Then, a few years ago, I tried the revamped version for the pc and boy was I disappointed. Might be better on a console, though, I guess.
I'll have to look into Demon Gate... really, strategy and RPGs are my thing, but they seem to be uncommon for consoles.

Hmm, just checked Gamespot for Demon Gate, and there doesn't appear to be such a game. Are you sure it's not called something else?

Stragety and RPGs are just uncommon on Xbox. PS2 puts out like an RPG a week it seems like. I am about 12 games behind right now due to picking up new titles before finishing old ones. Pirates is probably the same as on PC, I'm sure there are minor differences but not many. Demon Stone might have been the name, I was thinking Baldurs Gate and Demon Stone and mixed the two in my head. It's another D&D based game, similar to Dark Alliance. Fable is a mix of RPG and action game. It's interesting due to the fact you build your character good or evil, and his appearance actually changes as you play. You go evil you eventually grow horns. You eat too much you get fat, etc. Plus if you play it right you can own a whorehouse Kortor II isn't as good as the first but still a good game. Jade Empire is better, even though it does have an action based combat system. Can't really think of other rpgs or strategy games. Xbox is geared towards the 'jock' gamer. Lots of great sports games, lots of great shooting games, lots of great action games. Very few strategy and rpgs. There was a good RTS that I think came out multi system, called Goblin Commander or something like that, that may be out for Xbox. I can suggest a ton of PS2 games or even a few Gamecube games but you bought the wrong system for good rpgs unfortunately.
