I know I could probably search this out and might if I bother too, but I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to go to get info on upcoming releases, or more importantly.. details like when a book's paperback release date is. Aside from being a cheapskate (I read to quikly to be able to afford all hard cover) I have several series which look nice on my bookcase all lined up and the same size.. and I'd rather get the rest of them in soft cover.. but people like Goodkind seem to be taking longer and longer each book to release it in paperback and it's getting ANNOYING! Okay.. rant over, thank you come again...

The simple and quick answer is Amazon.ca.
For example, a quick search for Goodkind revealed that Chainfire is due out in paperback November 24, 2005.
There's probably something fancier out there that I'm not thinking... like the publisher's website or some sort of industry page, but 99.8% of the time Amazon works amazingly well as a reference site.

ok, I usually avoid amazn like I do e-bay on the grounds that I'll buy somehting cause it's easy to do.. but that makes sense.. *grumbling and cursing goodkind for pushing his paperback release dates back over half a year..* They used to come out late march

Okay only spent about 10 minutes looking but the best I was able to find was a site on Sci-Fi Fantasy that had a literature section. Its a confusing page with way too many links but there is a section on literature news. www.sffworld.com/aindex.htmlI am certain there has to be something out there, and something with an RSS feed that I can add to the WGR main page. Let me know if you find it.
