I just took a few minutes to go through the local shops page. It looks like we had quite a few dead links. Both the website and email address for Millenium Comics were dead. These have been removed. As far as I know the store is still there so if anyone knows their contact info I will update it. The website for the New Games Master's Emporium in Chatham was also dead. Their email also bounced back as dead. Does anyone know if this shop is still there? The Website for Games City at the mall is also dead and gone replaced by a spam site. I haven't been to the mall in a long time, is Game City still there? The website for The Comic Book Collector in London has been added. The website for Heroes Comics in London has been added. If anyone knows of any other shops selling gaming of any type that I've missed please let me know and I will be happy to add them. The local shops page is the part of the W-G-R that gets the most hits. Link to updated page: moeandde.mnsi.net/wgr/shops.html

Game City is still open, I went there a few weeks ago.
Also, I am almost certain that Millenium Comics is still open, as I drive down Ottawa a lot, and see a lot of people sitting down at tables, probably for a Magic tourney or something.
Does Border City Comics on Wyandotte not sell anything game-related? Are they just comic-based?

I will admit it's been over a year since I was at Border City comics. Last time I was there they didn't even carry HeroClix (which is the only gaming that Rogues Gallery has) they had comics only. If anyone knows if this has changed let me know.
Thanks for the info on Game City. I wonder if they even realize that their domain name has lapsed.
I did think of two shops I need to add. As we have a video game section I figure I should add both Game Cycles and the two EBgames that are in the city.
EDIT: added both Game Cycles and all three EB's. I'm thinking of adding another column that says what types of games these places sell. RPGs, Miaitures, Video Games or something like that.

Added quite a few new shops. I wouldn't exactly call these local though, but if you are heading down the 401 I've added quite a few new places to check out. We've got Bayshroe Hobbies in Hamilton that I somehow missed on this list before (awesome shop, say hi to Rose). The Comic Warehouse and their sister store in Cambridge (recommended on Boardgamegeek) 401 Games in TO (always have 10% off RPGs and Boardgames) Dueling Grounds in TO - never been there but looks great for tabletop games. TAG (Toronto Area Gamers) meets there. The other two locations for the Hairy Tarantula The Game Shack in TO - noted to be mainly Video games but they do sell some boardgames. Game Trek which is in the underground shopping mall in TO. Good selection, bad prices.
Also I added a link to the shops page over on the new sidebar.

Pandemonium in Garden City MI added due to seeing them show up on various D&D related Meet-Up events. They run Encounters Every Wednesday and seem to have some form of gaming going on every night from Warhammer tabletop to RPGs.
