Quickly: great book and good edition to the game.
Summary: this book replaces the equipment section from the main rulebook. All facets of equipment are expanded upon from Armour to Poisons. Totally new sections on running a business, hirelings and purchasing property are also included with the expanded rules and tables for the other equipment.
The Good: tons of great stuff in here. Every area is expored in much more detail then the main rulebook. There is a ton of stuff here to add realism and variety to your games. The Business section is a definate plus as I have had multiple characters over they years 'open up shop'. The hireling section I found odd, as this has never really been a part of Warhammer in the past but it is handled extremely well and I epxect will get some use. The gathered tables in the back are a blessing from Sigmar, bringing all the new info to just a few pages.
The Bad: this book pretty much makes the equipment list on the DM's screen and associated pamphlet useless. There is a ton of new stuff and introducing it all at once can be overwhealming. There are quite a few new rules that are scattered throughout the book, these would be better if there was a summary of new rules section.
The Ugly: my usual complaint. This book replaces the equipment section of the main rulebook, why wasn't it the equipment section of the main rulebook in the first place.
Overall: so far the most interesting and useful supliment put out for Warhammer. If you own the game pick this one up. Even players may want this one to know what their options are.
