Sweet. I love Battlefront. That is the one Xbox game I toss in whenever I have like 15min-half an hour to kill, and great fun on Xbox live (no uber killer weapons).
Still think one of the most fun I have had in a game ever was taking down an AT-AT in co-op battlefront. I was the Pilot and Gorechyld was manning the harpoon gun.

Alright.. It has been played!!! # weeks before release now and I got my hands onthe controller of a PS2 version of this game. (Frighteningly Darth Vader handed the controller off to me because his gloves werent ideal for handling the controller.. I'm NOT kidding..) Okay Controls are the same as the original game, but much about it has been revamped. The single player story mode has been redone completely to become a goals based system of linked challenges. Switching of character types within the game can be performed at command points, in the very first mission I played a clone trooper, clone engineer, jet pack guy and sniper and I hadn't finished... (okay, just to put things in persepective I've never been good at FPS games Other new additions include jedi's and other "force" enabled 'heros' which are unlocked as you advance. Space combat has also been added allowing such missions as running through a starship, blowing things up, stealing a fighter and heading out only to find yourself in a dogfight. Single player, split screen co-op and team play have all returned and they assured me you can still do cool things like trip up at-at's with harpoon guns. Also got to play in a AT-TE which is a pretty neat vehicle reminiscent of a mechanized stegasaurus with big guns. All in all, I think I can safely say that if you liked the first, you're only gonna find improvements in the second. Thumbs up from this reviewer.

Yeah that sounds awesome.
I was just playing the original last night actually.
The space combat part is definately a welcome addition. Too many of the vehicles in the original were pretty much pointless due to the maps being so small and set around ground battles.
What was the point of flying an X-wing over cloud city when you could only go straight about 45 seconds before hitting the edge of the map.
