I amazingly got into the Archlord Beta. The is a PC based MMORPG with a fantasy theme. As like all new MMO's this one has a gimick. The one in this game is that the best player each <timespan>* becomes the Archlord and can actually affect the game world in significant ways. Look in the MMO section, as I have made a few posts about this one.
A review will follow once I have tested the game, assuming I don't have to sign some silly non-disclosure thingy.
*I can't remember what the timespan is.

Okay no full review, just some quick comments, as I need to sleep soon Character generation is very limited, there are only 3 races and only 3 classes (at least thus far). Character personalization is severly limited as well. You don't raise your own stats, you do get to choose skills but at least at low levels there aren't really any options. This means that pretty much every lvl 4 Orc Berzerker is the same as every other lvl 4 Orc Berzerker. Combat at least at low levels isn't very interactive. Click and watch fight. Use potions when dying. Eventually you get skills to use, but unlike Guild Wars, you only use them like every 4 mintues. Graphics are pretty nice, though not the best I have seen. Many people on the game are telling me this is a pretty typical Korean MMO. Similar to Silk Road or Lineage. I haven't played those, so I couldn't tell you. Looks like a lot of level grinding. So far: not too impressed. It was fun for the first 8 levels I think mainly because it was something new. I don't think I could see my self playing this for the long haul. It's still a Beta though and I am still in the 'low levels' so I may be missing quite a bit.
